Note: An E-mail Name must exist for 30 days before it can be deleted.  You can not delete your Primary E-mail Name. 

By using our E-mail System, you agree to abide by the E-Mail Policy

Delete an E-mail Name using one of the following Options:

 

Option 1: Fill out a form: Online Request Form

Option 2: E-mail us using your Primary account: Service@kay-net.com

Option 3: Call 661-723-0266, tell us your Primary E-mail account name, and the name and password of the E-mail Name you want deleted.

 

We will process your request within one working day, then send a confirmation to your Primary E-mail account.  If the request can not be processed, an explanation will be sent to your Primary E-mail account.
