Change a password using one of the following Options:

 

Option 1: Fill out a form: Online Request Form

Option 2: E-mail us using your Primary account: service@kay-net.com

Option 3: Call 661-723-0266, tell us that you want to change an E-mail Name password, then provide your Primary E-mail Name, the E-mail Name you want modified, the current password and the new password.

 

We will change the password within one working day, then send a confirmation to your Primary E-mail account.
